THE MOGILEV INSTITUTE OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS
It was founded in 1948 as a retraining school of sergeant corps of central administrative board of rail and water transport protection of the Ministry of State security of the USSR.
Nowadays it is a modern educational establishment.
It is among the most prestigious educational establishments of the country and occupies one of the leading places in the system of education with the higher legal and special professional education for the law-enforcement agencies of the Republic.
In accordance with the Presidential Decree on the 8th July, 2013 № 307 Mogilev higher College of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was renamed to the Mogilev Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus from the 1st of September, 2014.
Several generations of employees changed in our educational establishment for the last sixty-five years. Its name and structure are changed too, but the aim was invariable: to train and educate highly qualified specialists for the law-enforcement agencies.
The Institute is proud of its highly qualified teaching staff, who are worthy successors of those professionals who stood at the origins of founding and development of the Mogilev Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
